Limitations with Workflow APIs

The following are known limitations with the Jivox Workflow APIs:

  • Links Links for mobile ad show Base and Expansion are shown separately in the response from getPreviewLinks API. Workaround: Use Rich Media Ad Units to generate mobile ads
  • adname cannot be created with certain special characters in the name while using the createAd APIs
  • campaignName cannot be created with certain special characters in the name while using the createCampaign APIs
  • Group Campaigns cannot be created using createCampaign APIs. Workaround: Use Dynamic campaigns to set up rotating creatives
  • Swap responsive tags are not supported by getCampaignTags API
